Shipping and Delivery

We use NZ Post for all of our deliveries - their target delivery is 1-2 business days. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready for the courier to collect. You are able to track the delivery progress through the track and trace link emailed to you. Delivery is available to urban, rural areas and NZ Post PO Boxes & Private Bags. Please allow extra time for any rural deliveries.

We have a flat rate of $6.00 for all urban addresses in New Zealand, and $10.50 for Rural addresses. Please ensure you select the correct rate at checkout.

I endeavour to have your package ready for collection the same day your order is placed. Orders received after 3.30pm Friday and over the weekend will be sent first thing on the following Monday morning.

Shipping is done daily from our Timaru warehouse Monday through Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
